Blog Pray Hate

  1. Now I’m listening to the podcast (yeah, it takes me an awful lot of time to listen or watch things), and I have a couple of comments to do.
    1) Your voice is very nice, don’t feel bad about it. It’s pretty normal to hear ourselves in a very different way than others hear us or even when we get recorded.
    2) I love comics and graphic novels. But certainly my readings now are not suitable for small kids.
    3) You still have the degree, you still can go and apply to work on the animation industry. Or any other artistic career that might interest you.
    4) You must be the only Australian I can understand everything when is speaking.
    5) I didn’t know that “Blog pray hate” was a play on words about the title of a movie. As I don’t know that movie, I remain equally ignorant as before. No sweat. xD
    Well, that’s it. Cheers!

    1. 1) Thanks so much! I guess it’s to be expected, huh?
      2) Same here. It’s a good thing that such things exist for us adults too!
      3) I’m working on this. And you’re absolutely right!
      4) I take this as a real compliment. I’m often a bit embarrassed with my Australian accent for the very reason you touch upon. Many of us here in the Land Down Under can be quite difficult to understand.
      5) Honestly? You haven’t missed anything. Many people love that movie but I’m not one of them. 😛

      1. I had to look in Wikipedia. From what I see, I’m better without this movie. I like some songs from the soundtrack (according to the list there), but they aren’t original to the movie, so I think I can safely ignore it.
Also, I misunderstood the title. I thought it was a whole sentence “Blog pray hate”, “Eat pray love”. But it turns out there are colons in the middle, it’s not a whole sentence but three different words. “Blog, Pray, Hate” “Eat, Pray, Love”
I prefer my original mistake, it makes me think that the blog is praying for hate. 😛

  2. “An internal thing? – a debate is what I meant to say” Haha!!
You sort of remind me of me here 😀 Every thing is a thing, not sure why people around me have trouble understanding me 🙂

  3. If a tree falls in the woods and nobody sees it, does it still have value? If Peter Pan never grows up will he eventually ditch Wendy for a younger model?

I loved Fractured Fairy Tales on Rocky and Bullwinkle. I sort-of dimly remember reading Norbit (Norbet? Norbert?) And you can clean for me ANY time . . . how soon can you get here? Bring along some of those flowers and chocolates btw.

    But NO – nobody’s listening.

How about a strip about a self-aggrandizing twittering Trumpet who hates everything (especially losing) – could be a real hit here in America for at least four years.
